Impossible to download the game

Hi,

I can't download the game with EA Play It crashes after "Calculating time". Support was unhelpful and pointed me here after useless troubleshooting (UAC, Admin mode, interfering Softwares, Cache emptying, Reinstallation...). Is there a way to make EA App work ? There is no other way to get the EA Play without it.

I was able to download other games with it...
