I can't connect to EA servers on Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered

Hello there. Today, I've been constantly receiving Error Code 10005 in regards to trying to play Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered every time it attempts for me to log into my EA account.
I have an active PlayStation Plus membership to play online with, an average Internet speed ranging between 70-100 Mbps, no bans on my record, and I tried this out with a different game like Apex Legends, and I never ran into this issue, so it has to be only this game.

Please help me get online and connect to EA servers so I can play Hot Pursuit Remastered, as I know this is such an easy issue to fix, yet I can't, and it's been irritating me.

Note: I attempted all the steps I could possibly do, and nothing has seemed to work. I've reset my modem, reset the PS5, reinstalled the game, and downloaded saved data from my account's cloud data.

EA said that it has been sovled. For me the servers are still down.

Im on PC and it still says that it cant connect to EA servers.

@ChonkulousX Facing same problem. i contact with EA customer care services and they said restart your PC and Router and then check the game again. but it didn't work for me then send me some links (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/) (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/#origin-windows) i didn't try these steps yet. Sorry for bad English.
