Cant connect to servers error 6d

Hi, i cant figure out what im doing wrong. Gave my 10 year old ps4, set up parental controls (at this stage almost unrestricted)

Got him fifa 22 and set up ea account, which is underage acc connected to my email. All working good.

Today i bought nfs hit pursuit and it never connected to ea servers, saying error 6d

What do i have to do that i can play against him from my ps5? 

When i go to his settings, it has crossplay <off> and cant be even changed 😑
