Can't Connect to the EA Servers

Unable to connect to autolog.  PC players also reporting this issue over on the NFS HPR Steam Forum.

Can't see anything about autolog being down on the EA Help Twitter feed, website etc.

Hopefully it's being sorted as I type?

I am having the same issue. Been trying to connect having error code 10005 come up. It says nothing about servers being down anywhere. Wish they would let us know what's up

It was working just fine a few hours ago but when I logged in again it just wouldn’t connect, hopefully it’s resolved soon.

And it's still down..... no info from EA despite the fact EA David just responded to someone in another thread.

You got an issue buying a digital copy of the game, fine.  You got a problem with hackers ruining multiplayer or accessing online play then EA don't want to know.

Is it not just common courtesy and good business practice to respond to people's queries about service outages?

 I bought Need for Speed Hot Pursuit: Remastered game on Jul 5, 2022 12:38:41 and only played for 10 hour then got a code 10005 wow

 just log into the game see if it was ok and nope humm……-_- EA Help Us Please o_0
