unable to connect to ea severs

plz help im playing need for speed heat I have xbox ultimate which gives you ea acces but I've never gotten to play online plz tell me what to do.

The EA Play app for PlayStation has been discontinued. You can still get those games as part of EA Play, but they need to be downloaded through the PlayStation store.

Im having the same issue with ps4.  Two days away from fifa early access and this is what I get

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

That didnt work.  Still unable to connect try again.

Let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. Try following the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

Thanks for the advice.  Unfortunately, still the same message after trying both sets of numbers.    Ea says they know and are working on it, but no changes.

Just to be clear, you're trying to load into Need For Speed: Heat, correct?

No sorry it is the ea play app specifically.  But getting that same message when I searched.
