After starting NFS Heat today, I got a message in the game saying that I no longer have access to Need for Speed Payback, NFS 2015, and NFS Rivals, and that all my rewards were lost. Can someone tell me what that means? My only theory is that it is because of EA Access, but my EA Access does not run out for a couple of months. I have done some research, and I can't find anything on this.

that happened to me as well. at the same time I was having connectivity issues with ea online, and after a restart my connection established and nothing was missing . though I know I still own the mentioned games because I have the discs, and can start and play them. I don't know of any current bonus content in this game coming from owning the mentioned games, I do have all the plates from this whole series available if those were it. I hope it has not caused you any continued issues.

They still have this issue in 2021. What was the fix for it or was there one? I just finished playing through story a 2nd time. I got the glitch where I lost all my cars even the starter car and so I just replayed through the story. Now got this glitch or whatever it is.

Answer I got from EA tech.. So this seems like a transient connectivity issue, so could you please try and clear the alternate mac address for Mac and see if it fixes the issue. Here are the steps. Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select Settings. Select Network Settings. Select Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address. Select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted.
