Good day! On September 5, 2023, I placed an order for the game Need For Speed HEAT. Funds were debited from my bank card, an error occurred. After that, I re-ordered the game Need For Speed HEAT and the money was taken from the card again. An error occurred! Tried to buy Need For Speed game, same situation. No money, no games. Please return the money.
