Unable to connect to EA

I tried opening my EA account and origin before I start the game in order for the the game to see that I am not just signed in but I am on the actual page of the EA account.

Do I have to buy any subscription to access online?

Something close to my problem, I go into the game, click online and it says: This account cannot connect, many reasons of why exist. Then its tells me to got to https://ea.com/unable-to-connect.. Ive tried everything I Know and nothing works..
