Problem with save the game Need for Speed Heat [ Edited ]

I was at level 14 when I left the game the last time, when I came back to play I was at level 11, I lost everything, the game didn't save!

I already exited the game and entered it again, I was at level 11 again, I lost hours playing, parts installed in cars and a car I had bought.

Thanks for creating this thread. I'm afraid the board you've shared this on is supported in Portuguese, so this won't get much response if it remains there. Please ensure your posts and threads are shared in the language of the board you're posting on ^^

Sorry, I fixed the thread... No one will solve the problem anyway, the data is gone and there is no way to recover it!
I got really bored to the point where I didn't want to play anymore.
