Game Progress Gone (Broken game.) [ Edited ]

There was nothing in Username/Documents/Need For Speed or NFSH
And Nothing in Users/Shared Documents/Need For Speed or NFSH
There was nothing in Appdata > Roaming Appdata >  Local or any other save location.

Not in programdata either. Just to make it even more clear.

@AfricanFrogman Same thing happened to me level 50 over 3 million and 38 cars gone

@szmarty720 Lucky me, only lost some of my stuff. It seems to happen whenever the game connects to EA servers, would love to being able to have the game NOT try to connect to servers and run in offline only mode. I can turn off the internet connection on the Playstation, but that would limit me to the god awful soundtrack in the game, and I quite enjoy listening to music while I drive, just not the horrible soundtrack.

@ZephyerfromZed The exact same happened to me .. i was level 50 with +50hrs of playing .. and then the game asked me to choose difficulty again ???

Everything is gone .. i lost all my cars and rep lvl and it’s like i never played the game !!

Hope they don’t delete my topic again 

i lost all my progress and +50hrs of playing and grinding 

reached level 50 and got cars and everything.. 

I launched nfs heat after a long day of uni .. and the game asked me to choose difficulty .. and when i did .. the game took me to the first scene .. and everything gone .. my rep level went to 1 .. and all my cars is gone .. and it’s like i never played the game .. 

alright .. now lets talk about the best customer service here .. I’ve been trying to contact the customer service in this useless website .. and all my attempts is failing
