Need for speed heat acceleration bug on ps4

I tried to play need for speed heat but there was a problem. This bug which is known as the acceleration bug makes all the cars almost not be able to accelerate, meaning the cars would have very slow acceleration. I tried to reinstall need for speed heat and the bug was still there. The only fix to this bug was to make accelerate a different key or button but since I'm on ps4 there was no way for me to change the controls. Please EA get rid of this bug I really want to play need for speed heat with no problems.
