Need for speed Heat progress Gone

My need for speed heat progress is gone. I dont know how or why. But im gonna need some help

Did you have an option to restore your cloud saves when you launched the game?

If you didn't have an option to restore any cloud saves, and the saves stored locally to your PC are no longer available, unfortunately we wouldn't have the ability to restore that progress for you.

@EA_Solaire Ok. Well im not playing through this game again that i payed for, and for it to most likely to happen again. And the fact this is in the game is shocking
