NFS Heat "Logged in on another device" help!

Every time i load NFS Heat on my Xbox One S, i get a message saying "You are currently logged in on another device" when i am not, my account is not hacked and it's been like this for 2 days now. My other xbox accounts load the game fine but my main account (the one i pay for xbox live on) doesn't work, i have nfs rivals and it loads fine but NFS Heat won't let me online.

@sjnic Thanks, that's a bit strange. If you reset the password for your EA account does that change anything?

I reset my password, and it did not work.

You mention having a few systems, can you ensure you're logged out of your gamertag on all of them and try again? If you can get far enough in to disable cross-play, can you see if this has an impact? If it doesn't, when did this start for you?

No it gives me the same message, and it started about 4 days ago

Are you able to try logging your main Xbox account into any other Xbox and check if the issue manifests there too?

I’m having a similar issue. I have two gamer tags on my ea account. When we both try to play need for speed it won’t let us. Even though it’s two different Xbox gamer tags.

We're dealing with the same issue. My brother and I have 2 different gamer tags. We both purchased the game for each our Xboxes, but does not allow us to play online together.
