OK, been long overdue to make a reply here in this thread.

I didn't think it would be that difficult for folks to take a picture in the game.

It's super simple and here is a video that will help the whole community here.

Watch learn and be a pro at pictures taking in NFS Heat.

take button SHIFT+PrintScreen = Quick Snapshot
But Hold SHIFT+PrintScreen = Photo mode

PRTSC, usually on the top right next to side keypad but above Ins button

it keeps opening the windows screenshot menu

Try pressing Shift + ImpPnt (Print) .. at least it worked that way for me
