I tried going online with 100k bank and when I logged in an error popped up and I now have 285 bank , It said "Item System Synchronization failed. Please contact customer support" would like it fixed and my cash back.
Wow, when I first got the issue, I found no results on Google so I assumed I was the only one, but now I see many of you have it too. After many attempts on the web chat I finally got through to someone who seemed competent. He handed my account information to a 'senior technician' and the dude emailed me the next day. I'm assuming they don't work on weekends cos I'm still waiting for a response but if my issue gets sorted I'll update yall... My only other alternative that I can think of is asking EA to delete my account and signing up again with the same email... I really hope I don't have to do it as I don't wanna lose my EA Access or my Apex Legends progress... But we'll see.

Its keeps saying my content doesn't match
And I lost bank but my progress is still intact
How can I put hours into the game if I'm at risk of losing my rewards after working hard?

Has happened 4 times in total now amassing to roughly 400k, I’ll be playing solo as usual on my Xbox one, maybe an hour or two into playing, the game will crash, I’ll restart the game, and it’ll give me the included error, and I’ll proceed to lose all the money I’ve earned throughout races. Probably going to stop playing all together until this is patched because it’s annoying to lose that much progress
