我不会English，这个社区也没有中文人员，用翻译也很能看懂，虽然有中文邮箱客服也没什么用，我已经骚扰他们好几天也没办法解决我的问题，1月28日更新真的对你们EA失望，没有修复严重的BUG。一点也不重视严重性，不相信技术人员可以测试，我一台PS4，A和B两个都绑定的同一个EA号，如果不修复，这意味着我的Need for Speed：Heat会永久失去在线游戏功能，不修复永远只能玩单机，事情也说来话长，一半是我自己造成的，另一半是你们游戏做的不完善造成的。我A刚买游戏一直玩在线游戏，玩了几天很正常。我闲着没事切换用户B，打开Need for Speed：Heat完成新手教学玩了会就关闭了。我切用户回到A打开游戏就告诉我本地存档不符。是否同步?我点了是。同步失败请联系客服。（明显Need for Speed：Heat对两个PSN绑定一个EA号不通用或有BUG）
我以为和Battlefield Ⅴ一样两个PSN号绑定一个EA号通用切换没限制，我知道游戏数据不通用但是EA号通用，（我还检查了其它EA游戏都没问题，就Need for Speed：Heat有问题）。
我切回B去删除存档，在切回A还是同步失败，气的我直接删除玩了好几天A的存档。打开游戏重新玩还是存档不符，同步失败。
我垂头丧气打开A一直努力玩单机，打开社交都能搜索到我A被删除存档自己创的车队，地图上也能看到被删除存档的车队排行。然后我跑了一局，结束后发现我A排行ID显示的是我B的ID ，迈凯伦是被我删除的存档，雪佛兰是我新开的存档。
S开头是我A被删除存档的。
Y开头是我新开的存档却显示我B号的ID。
也就是说我目前用的S开头PSN ID每次完成比赛就显示我Y开头的PSN ID，就是因为切换PS4用户打开游戏导致两个ID互换了（绝对是云存档的锅，没有做完善，A和B不能随便切换号），导致我A和B丧失在线游戏。
说点不好听的Rockstar Games和Ubisoft Entertainment这两公司就没犯过这种错。

Hi please help I have uninstalled the game and removed all save data relating to NFS heat and I'm still getting the error code 40080000 item sync 

Please let me know how to fix it as I have lost all my progression for it not to work

LSRLSL bought NFS Heat on PS4,he got 2 PS Accounts,and he connected both account to the same EA Account.The second account was used until the end of training gameplay.After shut down the game and switched to the first account NFS Heat warned local save doesnt match the cloud save.He chose Yes for synchronization then got the sychronization fail,contact support warning.Then he switched back to second account and deleted the save file,then switched to first account and kept getting the same error(synchronization error 4008000)So he deleted first save file and started all over again.Then when he used the first account to started again the ID in-game is that of the second account.With such problem of ID switch he cant use online or any feature requires internet connection with either account currently.

Still a problem after all these months, and yet no more answers from EA? This will be the last EA-game I buy, I don't have time for this.

I gave up. The game is dead. I deleted all my data in hopes sold being able to start a new game free of stress but I still get the code. F you EA
