@Wrame44 what REP lvl are you in the game?

Its unlocked at rep lvl 30.

Hey make sure that you are in solo. I had this same problem on PS4. I had to go and install it in PlayStation store after I purchased in game. And I also restarted the console after. Finally it worked for me.
