Lost half progress in need for speed heat

Hi, so, I was just playing nfs heat, I had just reached rep level20 earnt my Aston Martin DB11 and it’s just disappeared. Along with my rep level I have been set at 11 which I was not at when I had last played afew minutes ago!!! Why did this happen?
