When starting nfs heat on my PC. The game seemingly starts afresh and my data on the game seems to be no longer accessible. I understand the data to be stored in your online cloud service. I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my game data as I have spent more that 200 hours on the game.

A speedious response would be appreciated.
