Both accounts are opened with the same e-mail address, but I still cannot connect them. I play the game on PS4. This has never happened before. During the payback period, after that, this appeared and I received this. I encountered this problem. It belongs to the same e-mail in my ea account and my playstation account, but it does not work. It says your account is already connected to an ea account. Please help me
