no you don’t have to restart all over again, all you have to do on PlayStation is first u need to be subscribed to PlayStation plus then go to ur PlayStation 4 NFSheat and press option on the app icon in the PS4 home menu then go to upload game content …. After uploading it go to ur PS5 repeat the process but instead of pressing upload u press download .
