Game Day bug

I was sent here by an EA rep to complain , to share my game bug as they were unaware of the problem. 

I played "Game Day" all season and in the last 2 weeks I haven't received any win/lose rewards. I am out 18 average players.

I won't grind this event anymore despite the EA rep's encouragement to keep grinding. 

Anyone else have this problem?
