Does NFS Heat require SSE 4.2 or just 4.1?

Does the game require SSE 4.2?,  because I only have SSE 4.1. I hope the game only needs 4.1 the game looks awesome and I want to look at all the cool cars.

Any help?.

Your CPU has the minimum number of cores but is low on clock speed.

The game will likely run but probably not with the hoped for performance.

The minspec CPU has SSE4.2 so I will go ahead and say that is required.

I will speculate you have a Phenom CPU which is likely not going to have that specific CPU feature.

I hope I am able to play the game, I have a Core 2 Quad Q9550 2.8 Ghz. Will it run?, I just want to make sure. If it does work it will be great. I also have a gpu which should run the game at low settings, which is a GTX 960 2GB.

I am also waiting for my free 1 month of Origin Access Basic which lets me play the 10 hour trial of NFS Heat.

Try downloading these files and unzip them to the folder where the .exe files are
i play it on a AMD Phenom II X6 whic has only SSE 4a , bit no sse 4.1 , neither 4.2

these are not my files ! i just found them , somewhere
and uploaded them
and use them , on your own risk
