Background Services Blocked while launched NFS Heat from Steam

I launched NFS Heat from steam and got message in EA App "we failed to retrieve your info because a firewall or anti-virus program on your device blocked the app's background services"

I had to disable Antivirus and firewall, and still didnt work, how to fix it?

My OS is W10 Home

Try running as administrator @G-CRts and ensure that you add EA app and the game to any security software exceptions.
