My face scan for nba live 19 is not downloading. I've successfully done the face scan on my mobile phone but it just wont load when I edit my appearance for my the one player on ps4. It just keeps on telling me to do the face scan. I've contacted ea chat support and confirmed that my accoun details are correct and my psn and ea accounts are a match. I Was advised by chat support to post this issue on the forum

most common issue is that app is tied to a different email address than the one your EA account is set at. did you check to see if its the same?
