Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It occurs randomly.
What happens when the bug occurs? The inbounder freezes, losing all its features. There is no fix, causing you to leave the game
What should be happening instead? The player should inbound the ball
How severe is the bug? B - Major

I had 82 points 13 rebounds and 7 blocks then this happened, causing me to lose all of the stats and xp from that game. This especially upsets me because I’m grinding to level 100 and that would’ve given me three levels.

I know from personal experience freezes like that can be disheartening, especially when you had an amazing game and none of the stats/XP saved. We are not able to recover those lost XP or stats, but do recommend a power cycle which can help hardware performance which may limit this from happening during a great game again. Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
