I lost all my builds and rep for THE ONE

I just started up NBA Live 19 to find that all of my rep and players were gone. They weren't deleted and my account wasn't hacked but the game acted like my account was brand new and made me do the tutorial again and made me make a new player. I have no way of contacting ea because they don't have live chat and their phone number is down. If anyone can help me get a hold of someone so that my account can be restored.

Did you uninstall the game prior to replaying it again? This content is stored locally, so if the game was uninstalled that would explain it missing.

@Truth220 I'm afraid this is information our Support team cannot restore via their tools as it's saved locally on the console.
