infinite load going into a franchise mode game

Same here, although last night I tried it one more time and I was able to load my first Franchise game. I tried this morning and I'm back to the same ol' infinite loading screen. Part of me wishes I purchased NBA 2K18 but I know this game is much better. I just want it to work!! 😑

Well I have a Xbox one s and I had the same problem.

What I did was.....go in game and app and deleted the reserved space and then restarted the console and went to my saved franchise and it started up

They still haven't fixed it?. Everyone was saying that the update happened yesterday and it should be working now. is that true for you?

I dont have any patch, I tried mine last night and still INFINITE LOADING. Its Thursday & there hasnt been an "Officia" update when I start up the game. Im getting pretty relentless now that the game has been out for week. Havent heard anything from EA support. We all know they are aware of our thread too.
