Wing Shooters lack of layup ratings and go on cold streaks to often

Wing shooters in The One Mode in this game is so frustrating because of their lack of layup ratings skills because you miss slightly contest layups way to much but you also can't shoot the 3 ball constantly which put you in a cold streak way to often. So now you can't shoot layups you can't shoot 3's or mid range shots because of the cold streak so you are forced to run around for and open shot which always seems contested no matter how far the defense is from you so how I'm I suppose to help my team when there is an obvious handicap on players. Can we get this fixed please
