Trait Counter Strike stuck at Rank 1 and Streets Rank stuck at 9

What happens when the bug occurs? My problem is that Counter Strike trait not improved to Rank 2. I have completed all 3 objectives that were to reach XP level 20, drive to the hoop and score 40 times and unlock dribble skill rating of 82. All of them are ticked on green. Despite that the trait is still at Rank 1 bronze. Here's a screen > http://imgur.com/a/X4YpF Also my Street Level didn't up to 10, instead it glitched and froze at 9 and now I can't up it to 10 cuz my char lvl is 20. Fix these issues please.
What should be happening instead? Trait Counter Strike should be at Rank 2
