Nba live missing player

Ive played nba live 18 since it first released and i had a 98 backcourt defender and most of my crates was unlocked my whole ps4 system crashed and my files for all my games were gone even my 2k player i saw my player missing and stop playing nba live and switched to 2k the trash game of the year and now i dont wanna play 2k anymore i wanna get my player back that ive grinded with idc about my 90 point shooter is there any way i can get him back
