NBA LIVE 18 - GamefaceHD skin tone mismatch

Its saying that it I can't play the game offline. Sometimes it will show the title screen then say " For some reason NBA LIVE 18 took to long to start." I've already made my system my "home xbox" like it told me to do if I want to play games offline. I'm still not able to open up the game. Do you have anymore suggestions?
