Losing coins in the game.

I placed a bid on Julius Randle yesterday for 110K coins, and lost the bid to others, but never got my coins back into my account. When I called the help center they said they can't do anything about it. I also had 170K coins into my account this morning, and it kept adding up after playing live events, and 10 mins later I log back into the account, the total coins shows as 163K coins, its not saving it onto my account. Not sure what is going on, or if there is a bug that needs to be fixed for the game. Has anyone else have this problem ?
