How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug occurred on week 10 in franchise mode calendar,I was playing with the Cavs against the Wizards.They played the whole game with the starting lineup,since then the bug remained.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Cpu teams doesn't use player rotation,not a single substitution is made by the cpu teams during games in franchise mode.It's very annoying and frustrating,please fix it.
What should be happening instead? The Cpu teams should make changes on court during games,player rotation,make substitutions.Definitly not playing the whole game with the starting lineup.
