[Info request] Issue transferring Game Face towards console

I’ve downloaded & deleted multiple time still same issue I have th iPhone X running with the latest iOS. Can this issue be resolved?

I also have an iPhone 8 and have given access to the camera, but I just get a red screen. You asked for input on this weeks ago, but then haven't responded to anyone.

My scan worked perfectly it just won’t connect to the console itself like there’s a server issue

I have no problem downloading my face on my Samsung Verizon Galaxy JS V. The problem is, it does not load up on my PS4 up on the top right, where it's supposed to load at. Please help I've tried everything I've even change my email address on my PS4 to the same email address on my phone.
