Game face generator wont generate

I am trying to make my gameface on the website. I took the pictures, I uploaded them, I resized them, I put the pointers where they are supposed to be and when i press the generate button it gives me a load screen for a few seconds and then it hits me with "There was an error uploading your photos and generating your Game Face. Please try again." 

I have attached a printscreen of the problem. 

Any advice?

youre not the only one whos had this problem and its REALLY annoying. Been having it for nearly a month now

Ok, so here's he deal. I installed another app on my phone: "NBA LIVE COMPANION"
it scans your face and if you use the same login details on both devices, it will synchronize and allow you to use your face in the game. it worked for me this way. Try it
