sims freezing [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 03/14/2023 (when it was updated)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Cottage Living, Highschool Years, Get to Work, Cats and Dogs, Laundry Day, The Holiday Pack (free)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Asking a sim to do an interaction (for me this occurs in the cottage living world ONLY)
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim freezes and the only way to get them to move is to reset them but I have to do that everytime which is after every interaction i have them do
What do you expect to see? My sim being able to interact with farm animals, take care of herself, and such without freezing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I decided to check out Cottage living since I haven't yet. I got a house, made a sim, and bought some animals. I tried to interact with the cow I bought, but my sim instead froze. I could pile on interactions in the interaction list but my sim wouldn't complete any of them. She stood still in the same spot. Moving around but not moving from that spot. I reset her, had her move around, and things were fine. When it came to interacting with the animals, she froze again. 

I played in another household but this problem didnt occur. The household didn't have any pets.

I tried in another household, with pets, and it worked perfectly fine aswell.

update: i fixed it by selling ALL my animals but it started again as soon as I bought chickens and hens! pls help

@krissy22433 There are some issues with movements not working but to to be sure it's not a mod issue, please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete the localthumbcahce file and try a new save if you have the same issue.
