@marrokaansebelg As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

@marrokaansebelg The first step is to sort through your mods and custom content. It's entirely possible that this problem happened because you have one or more broken files in the Mods folder. So test them in batches, or if you have a lot of files to go through, use the 50/50 method:
https://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content#The_50.25_Method
Once you've done that, you can copy the contents of the saves and Tray folders from the old Sims 4 folder to the new one, plus Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you want to keep those. The other files can be discarded—the game will recreate them as necessary. With your saves and Tray files in place, you can pick up where you left off.

@marrokaansebelg You can also check the Broken/Updated Mods list and the previous Broken/Updated Mods list before doing a 50-50. Often, those lists will be enough to solve your problem by removing listed broken mods and updating others. (Be sure to delete the old mod before adding the new one.)
In addition to the 50-50 instructions linked above, be sure that any script mods are tested alongside their dependencies (core mods, injector mods) if they have them. If the core mod or injector mod is not also there, the game just won't see the script mod and you can't tell if it's broken or not. Details in 50-50 in the How To post in this forum.
