Could you describe in your own words how you did the folder renaming ?

@crinrict Well I renamed the folder Sim4_backup and it's either this or something is just wrong with my game and computer and i have no clue what it is, I just wanna play my sims game and this has been happening a little while after the infant update

@chase70072 After renaming, did you start the game without putting anything back and let the game create a new folder ?

Another thing you could try is make a new windows user, then try running the game on that and see if you still get the error on new save.

@chase70072 windows. on the operating system you can create multiple users.

@crinrict Ok well im having the same problem on sims 4 in my neww window user, so I think it may be my computer but, I dont know anymore
