cant carry infants

my adult sims cant pick up infants, ive tried without mods and it works but does anyone know what mod is causing this?? just wondering before i search through my whole folder lol, i have a pic below.

@waterb0ttles One or more of your Mods has been broken by the update.

You must go through your Mods folder, check the creators' websites to see if they have been updated for the latest patch, and download the latest versions if you want to continue using them. There is no other workaround for this since everyone's Mods folder is unique.
