Okay.. I read this somewhere "make sure in your settings uncompressed sim textures is off". I don't have the game on this laptop so I cannot check what it means but make sure that is fixed
Otherwise maybe batching the files broke them? is it the same if you re-download them from the creator?

Oh my god thank you so much! This really bugged me before, but I'm glad I found an easy solution!

I have really tried everything, but nothing works. All of my CC hair is completely messed up and I have litterally tried everything: take all CC out, repaired game, take laptop modus off, tried to reinstall hairs and even reinstalled my game (!).
And a wierd thing is that my "maxis max" cc hair works but not my "Alta" CC except for one hairstyle.
This bug is even on the eyelashes, the eyelashes turns out yellow blonde.
Can someone please help me, Sims isn't fun without my CC hair.

Hello, I was just wondering if this was tested on a laptop because I recieve so much lag from the certain Highs and Lows. I'm glad its helping others i just hate lag.

Yes, it has been tested on laptops, but there are sooo many different kinds of laptops, so it might not work on all. The "problem" here is that the cc alpha hair uses other kinds of meshes than the rest of your game, so you might need a computer well over the minimum requirements.
If you want me to help check your computer to give an opinion on if I think we can make your game lag-free with alpha cc, please post a DxDiag:
