First, yes, I have checked to ensure mods are turned on.
I recently switched from the Origin app to the EA app and have noticed that many of my mods are missing.
I am assuming that the Am I missing instructions on moving files?

Can you please assist me in resolving this issue and help me get my mods working again?

@tenoddcats Is this file path:
C:\Users\image\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
the path to the folder in your screenshot, or the file path to the user folder as you see it in-game? Whichever one it is, please post the other one too. You can find the file path to the Sims 4 folder you're looking at by right-clicking and selecting Properties > General, then finding the Location. Here's how to find the file path in-game:

Point is, I'd like to compare the two myself. Please also post a screenshot of the contents of Mods, as in, I'd like to see the files themselves.

@tenoddcats Just to be sure, you've enabled both custom content and mods, as in, both boxes are checked, within the game options? Please check in case one box has become or remained unchecked.
If that's not the issue, please set exceptions in your antivirus for Sims 4 and the EA App. There are different ways to do this with a third-party antivirus; here are a few examples:

If you only use Windows Defender, either disable Controlled Folder Access or set exceptions for the game and the App there.

yes, I had checked.
Still not loading my mods.

@tenoddcats What about antivirus or Controlled Folder Access?

The only thing I'vce noticed different about my setup is my files are located in OneDrive. However, I've actually turned off OneDrive because it tends to mess up my system. I uninstalled it once and had to wipe and redo my Windows.

@tenoddcats If the location of your Documents directory is still inside OneDrive, you can change it without reinstalling Windows:
Sims 4 should place the user folder inside the default Documents folder, wherever that is.
If you don't want to mess with this account's settings, or changing the location of Documents doesn't help, it's worth setting up a new admin account on your PC to test. Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and OneDrive won't be involved at all. You'll need to download your mods again, but not the game. If this works, that's useful information in that it points to an issue with your existing account rather than your computer overall.

It's still not working. I appreciate your help! Is there a way to get in touch with EA sports to get this fixed? I have found no contact information.
