Sims 4 game will load but most mods are missing

@tenoddcats  EA Sports has nothing to do with Sims games.  EA overall won't help with system issues either, or mod issues for that matter.  You can certainly try your luck with EA Help, but don't expect any miracles.

If you'd like help here, please let me know whether the new admin Windows account makes a difference.  And remember that many if not most mods need to be updated for the current patch (1.96).
