Hi, I haven't been able to open my game for the past three weeks. I try to start the game thru Origin and the Sims logo opens and nothing happens. Whenever I go to "force quit" the menu shows "Sims 4 nor responding". I have uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired, removed mods, I have redownloaded Origin and used the Origin repair tool as well. I have contacted Apple and they told me to start the game in safe mode.That worked one time, and hasn't work since. I am beyond frustrated and don't know what to do at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated

I opted out of beta and Im not sure how to go back to public release until a new update comes out. But I took the steps you provided and it was working the day before with mods/tray files etc. When I relaunched the game to start a new Sims 4 folder, I moved my mod/tray files from my desktop to the new files.
