Reshade 3.0.8: Unable to Extract download archive

Hi, 

I've been trying to install Reshade 3.0.8 into my game for about two days at this point, 

Previously, I had it installed a long while ago before deciding to (un)install it. And at that time installing it, everything worked just fine. 

But now, every time I try to uninstall Reshade's older 3.0.8 version in order to get sims 3.0.8 presets,

It keeps telling me; Unable to extract downloaded archive.  Before, it had never done this previously,  but now, it does. 

What do I do to fix this? I've looked everywhere for help and there's nothing. 

I've provided a screenshot of what it said while trying to install the older version of Reshade, 3.0.8
