How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? fast forward/ ultra gets stuck/ doesn't work, game doesn't save, actions don't work, game gets stuck on loading screen
What do you expect to see? i expect for the fast forward to work normally etc, for my game to work and not crash
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

 I have removed all my mods. I've deleted the game and downloaded them again, I have resetted my mods and more yet i'm stil getting theses lastexception files so I'm pretty sure it has to do with the base game not mods. Any help would be appreciated thank you. I've also removed DX11 and it wasn't that. I'm on steam.

@Gnbriela You have an issue with SimRealist mods. Are you trying to use the R|E mod on a Residential Rental? It's not compatible with those. See Known Issues under "Broken" in Broken/Updated Mods & CC

@GnbrielaPython is the coding language. This issue listed defines it as a mod issue. You need to try playing the game (a new save or your current one, just don't save while testing) with mods TURNED OFF and see if your issues persist. The Sims team cannot troubleshoot bugs with a modded scenario, only with a vanilla game save.

Hi! Thank you for your help! I tried the game with mods turned off and it worked normally and I had no issues. But what does that mean for the mods? Can I not play with mods? What should I do next?

@Gnbriela It means that at least some mods you use aren't compatible with the game or with some gameplay you're doing. It doesn't mean all mods are broken! If you use SimRealist's R|E mod, you can't use Residental Rental lots. For other things, check Broken/Updated Mods & CC . If you're fairly new to using mods, have a read through How to Use Mods and CC , especially about mods and game updates.
