When I first got High School Years, the option to shave was present when I clicked on a mirror, shower, or bathtub. I hadn't explored that part of the game yet and later noticed the option was missing. I thought it was a fluke, perhaps something about their mood or something else was preventing the option, and so waited and kept checking for the option. The game has been turned off and on multiple times, I have checked multiple save files, none of them have the option to shave present. The sims who clicked on the mirror, shower, and bathtub had bodyhair and some of them also had facial hair; the sims I tested with were a variety of genders. I have hair growth enabled on some of the sims and not on others. I searched for a solution but all I found were some Reddit posts about others having this same problem. Some of these were a year old, and no one found a solution. I tried searching specifically on EA Answers HQ but could not find this topic having been posted here before, despite finding others on other sites talking about it. I have mods but not everyone who reported this issue had mods, so I think it is most likely not the mods since people with and without them are having this problem. Even if a solution is not found I at least wanted to post this to help make EA aware of a possible issue.
