@luthienrising I changed the face and it worked! Thanks for all the help!

@vetaga08 Awesome! I'm glad to hear that step helped yet another person! It's not one we usually end up having to take with this sort of CC breakage.

@luthienrising a little update to clarify something because I saw the person who said changing the sim’s face worked and it worked for me too but I think it’s important to say (because the other person said that they had custom face presets for kids) that I don’t have custom face presets I don’t know if this is something you need to know but I just thought that maybe this could be helpful to know that it’s not happening only if you have custom face presets!

@vetaga08 For sure! And for some people just removing the broken CC seems to be enough.

Thanks, @notosapien !
NOTE: The mod is not downloadable without clicking through shortlinks and then through ads. I recommend using Kijiko's mod or adelar's update.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Español
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.104.58.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, High School Years, Growing Together, Horse Ranch. Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, StrangerVille, Realm of Magic, Dream Home Decorator, Werewolves. Luxury Party Stuff, Spooky Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, Laundry Day Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not too sure, because only SOME of my sims have been affected, there doesn't seem to be a pattern.
What happens when the bug occurs? Previously created sims faces look deformed, their facial features have not been altered, like their eyes and mouth are still the same, but they look wiggly.
What do you expect to see? My sims faces looking like they did previously, normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I've noticed that the bug looks very similar to the one that affected others after the April 18th patch, but the thing is that this happened to me just recently, back in April that glitch didn't affect me. So these sims are from a family of seven, but they're the only two that have been affected by this. It doesn't happen to every sim, some of my other saves look completely normal, so i'm not too sure what's the pattern here. My toddlers and other sims weren't affected by the face bug that came with the Growing Together patch, I also just got that pack a few days ago and the bug was there before that, so I don't think it's related to Growing Together. I've looked through different posts of the same type and followed everything they recommended, but nothing worked. First I deleted all custom sliders and presets, nothing changed. Then I disabled Custom Content and Mods but the bug was still there. I took the whole 'Mods' folder out and moved it to the desktop but still nothing. I've deleted cache and repared the game, and it's still there. Is there anything else I could do? Thanks in advance :-)

@libesm It's pretty common for this issue that even after removing the Mods folder and deleting localthumbcache (combined, not one, then putting mods back, then deleting localthumbcache), people are needing to edit the Sim in question. What's helping for most people is choosing a Maxis face preset.
