So there's a missing value in the class "enum". I'm to assume a value for a specific setting or configuration for a variable is missing but I have no indication from WHERE it could be. There is a serial number that probably attaches to a specific folder for the Sims 4 but I'm too lazy to dive into that right now and got other * to think about and do... Could someone either please tell me what this is from or tell me what I can do about it giving me details on specifically what it is and how it happens please? I've seen very few threads of it happening and haven't managed to find any help. I use mods of course but this happens very often even if I repaired the game, reinstalled my mods, uninstalled problematic mods (I think mods with foreign to english alphabetical keys cause translation problems with file naming and it looks all encrypted and crap... I wonder if that only affects the file name or if it also screws with the data as well as its nesting location.)
Here's the string:
<enum <class 'int'>: Tag> does not have value 12319
The string is properly spaced and everything, no redundancies or error in my spelling of it. more-so, it doesn't even show a nesting integer at the end... ">" that's pretty problematic. There's no ...'s so it doesn't show any ongoing string. It also pops up often and loops quite a lot but only a few times until so many seconds past. I can't tell but I feel like it's also got something to do with me interacting with the game at all. It's very weird.

HOLY CRAP WAIT. I figured it out I think. Speaking of data redundancy... Ok so .. SCCO has this tagging mod for cooking overhaul mods. They made tags for authors like icemunmun and so on. I have that mod. I saw enum tags in the description and a warning .text inside the file. Not only that but I found TWO whole mods similar in name and type. I immediately realized data redundancy was happening. Hope this works... Jeez it took me like... 2 triess and 7 months to figure this one out.

... nope must be something else... damn

Your best option is probably just to check the Broken/Updated Mods and do a 50-50 of your mods. Delete any merged package files you acquired, as that's a sure way to end up with duplicated and outdated content.

Hm weird thing is, they all say up-to-date or recently updated. Those are indicators that the mod is working and installed correctly. The yellow triangle icon with the exclamation mark is caused by corrupted mods or "modified mods" which I have no clue what modified mod means other than messed with. I reinstalled everything even the base game before. None of my mods were corrupted until after I played it a bit and took my sims out of gallery. Usually the sims with custom content in the gallery would just not have the mod on them anymore right? Or would it mess with the code of the sim itself? I don't think it should the model is separate from the objects you add to them... or at least it should be. That data tangle I found was just me being silly and not realizing I had two of the same .package merged and unmerged installed manually since they weren't on the curseforge before. I reinstalled them on curseforge after uninstalling them and resumed reinstalling corrupt mods and then uploading all mods successfully after a full 5 refreshes constantly checking for corruptions again and again. When I loaded the game everything was fine for about 10 minutes and it only ever shows up on cheatcode command prompt that you bring up with ctrl + shift + c. I'm just not sure what value is missing and if it's a bug in a specific mod or if the game is still broken. There've been no crashes since it was shown so I assume it isn't going to happen any time soon but I get the lingering feeling it will at some point and then I'll have that mess on my hands again. I spent a whole day reinstalling my mods. I'm so tired of going through all of them over and over again that I finally was fed up and went on curseforge's suggestion page to add a reinstall all and uninstall all button. Since someone else added that they want a favorites section for mods for sims 4 I didn't add that to mine but voted for it as well. Hopefully ease of access comes because it's just as bad as manually installing... if not worse... you do 2 times the extra clicks. What were they even thinking when making curseforge? That everyone would have like only 50 mods? No dude we're crazy we have like 5 thousand mods on our one singular game.

If you do run into this again, do a 50-50 test. Even a mod cleared for 1.102 or updated since 1.102 might have issues not previous noted. You might also have hit an issue because of mod conflicts, or simply an issue a modder or another Simmer hadn't found. Even on Curseforge, a mod isn't guaranteed to be working.
The one issue we've had recently with Gallery Sims is with ones with a fourth trait, which has caused issues in CAS. This should be fixed as of 1.102. The bug thread for that is here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-GRO-Wrong-names-and-CAS-Corruption-after-gaining-a-4th/m...
In general, I advise against merging packages. There's no gain to performance from it, you can easily end up with duplicates, and you can end up with mods you can't find to remove.

So merged packages of mods through the gallery can become corrupt more often? I don't merge them manually anymore. I used to. I stopped doing it so I could figure out the problem I was having recently and that was like a year ago. I do have some website downloaded mods, though. None of them were downloaded on an insecure sight and all have been scanned thoroughly.

@netherkrow It's not that they become more corrupt - it's that you can't see in them or find their contents in a search. So you can end up with two copies of the same file, with mods/CC that are outdated because of a game patch but you can't delete just that mod/CC, and with mods that you end up with earlier and later versions of. And that comes with no benefit to you as a player, because merging CC files doesn't improve anything in-game. And older merged files you find somewhere online are more likely to contain content that's already outdated/broken.
Of note, no CC or mods is downloadable from the Gallery for Sims 4, only from outside sites.
