I have all sims packs/kits/expansions.
I run on a decent computer (ASUS Tuf Ryzen 7 AMD 4000 series 16 GB of memory, and 512 HD Space and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 - 546.17 integrated video card)
I've repaired my game several times. I cleared the local thumbcache,
I do not have any custom content, however I do have mods and the only mods I contain are MCCC and Better Exceptions.
(even removing them has done nothing to fix my issue and yes I deleted the old cache each time.)
Game version 1.102.190.1030
I have a family of 8 already created. I built a huge castle on the 64X64 lot on Chestnut Ridge. (residential) and I can't click anywhere on the lot to get it to work.
I can't click to get them to go in to use the bathroom, I can't click on the floors to get them to walk to it. Nothing works.
There is NO MCCC report but there is a last exception report. I don't know how to fix this problem.
Can anyone help me figure this out.
Or let me know... is the 64X64 lot locked in chestnut Ridge so it can't actually be played?

@JaideMoon Hi! What happens when you click around the lot? Do you not get any options at all? Do you see any routing failures (like sims have a thought bubble with an X in it and waving arms)?

I get the foot prints but nothing happens when I click the lot ground. I can click on counters and stuff tell them to do something like cook but they do the (can't do) actions and wave yes.
I JUST upgraded to a brand new ASUS laptop 32 GB memory, 1 TB HD space, 3.20 Ghz Ryzen 7 - 7000 series Video card, I did this today and moved all my files. I don't have any Custom content at all and the only mods installed is Better exceptions and MCCC. I JUST redownloaded all the games today, so it's a brand new install. I don't get whats going on and there's no error being thrown other than I can't move. :S I'm stumped.

Hi @JaideMoon Could you test on a clean folder? Exit Sims 4 then drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop. Launch Sims 4 and reset your Options. Then start a new game and see if that works.
